Black Friday: How to Make More Profit

Black Friday: How to Make More Profit

**One T-shirt for $30. Two for $50.** 👕
Your customer saves $10. Can your shop still make more money? Yes, if enough customers buy two.

Black Friday is Friday, 27 November 2026. Here’s a simple example. Each T-shirt costs the shop $10.

• Normal day — Sell 100 shirts at $30 each. You have $2,000 left.
• Black Friday — Sell 100 pairs at $50 per pair. You have $3,000 left.
• If demand is higher — Sell 200 pairs at $50 per pair. You have $6,000 left.

These amounts are after paying for the shirts and before other costs.

**Before you run the deal, set a sales target.** In this example, 67 pairs leave you with $2,010 before other costs. Add any extra costs for ads, shipping, or staff when you set your target.

**Business English**
**Deal** means a special offer. Pair means two items. Profit is the money left after you pay all your costs.

What two products would your customers like to buy together? Tell me in the comments.
